Gearin’ Up Bicycles remains open for bicycle repair intakes, customer service and youth volunteer programming. Youth Nights have been temporarily postponed. We ask that everyone who enters the shop kindly wear a mask.

For the near future, we are accepting walk-in bicycle repairs, meaning you DO NOT need to sign up for an appointment. Please note: most repairs will still be leave behind. Please wear your mask. We are now allowing 2 customers in the shop at a time.
We are taking ALL donations (bicycles, parts, accessories, etc.) during open hours. Please feel free to just come on by between 12-6 PM, Tues-Sat.
Youth programming and adult classes are still postponed at this time. However, we are allowing 1 youth and 1 community member into the shop mechanic space and outdoor back area to work on bicycles and learn about mechanics.

There will be a Bike Sale Saturday this weekend starting at 12 PM! Come early, a line begins to form around 10 AM.
All major bicycle tune up and service needs will be drop-off appointment only these next few weeks unless otherwise noted. Please see our Facebook page to book an appointment. Available appointment days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Part sales and other small sales DO NOT require an appointment. Please visit our shop during business hours for assistance.

No walk in labor this week + Bike Sale Saturday @ 12 PM (kids bikes available!)
This week, we are taking bicycle service appointments via our Facebook page only. NO walk-up labor. This Saturday, July 11th, we will host another small bike sale, this time featuring 20″ and 24″ kids bicycles. Lines form around 11. Come early, and bring ya coffee! Never bought a bike before? Our team will assist you with fitting!

Labor Freeze + Bike Sale Saturdays
This week, our staff put in place a short labor freeze on tuneups and major repairs due to the overwhelming volume of customer bicycle repairs. We will resume labor intakes on June 9. However, we are performing small repairs in the front of our shop including brake adjustments, shifting adjustments, flat fixes, pedal swaps, saddle swaps, and other quick fixes. Stop by between 12-6 PM for any needed small bike repairs.
Need a new bike??? Come by early on Saturdays to see the refurbished bikes our team have fixed up for the community. Prices generally range from $150-400. See you then!

| As many of you know, we had to close temporarily due to COVID-19 concerns that could affect the bicycle community, our customers and our mechanical staff. Starting on Wednesday, April 15th, we will reopen our shop under a strict no-contact policy to keep everyone safe. Customers will be able to book bicycle service appointments via our website and shop for a new-to-you refurbished bicycle via the Gearin’ Up Bicycles Facebook page and our other social media pages.
